Krzysztof Bąk

Krzysztof Bąk has extensive work experience in various technology-related roles. Krzysztof started their career at Biuro Projektów BIPROCHEM Sp. z o.o. as an Assistant of technology designer from August 1996 to August 1997. Krzysztof then joined Amica Group in 1997 as a Technologist and later became the Coordinator of Production Technology from January 2008 to March 2010.

In 2010, Krzysztof joined Samsung Electronics as a Technology Manager, responsible for EPS Factory management from April 2010 to March 2012. Krzysztof then transitioned to the role of Production Manager until December 2012 before being promoted to EPS Factory Manager until December 2013.

Following their experience at Samsung Electronics, Krzysztof joined DORA Metal Sp. z o.o. as a Technology Manager from January 2014 to April 2015. Krzysztof then worked at Ster Sp.z o.o. as the Head of Plastic Processing Department from May 2015 to July 2016.

Currently, Krzysztof is employed at Amica Group as the Technology Development Coordinator since October 2016 and was later promoted to the role of Head of Operational and Development Technology from July 2017.

Krzysztof Bąk obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Chemical Technology and Engineering from Uniwersytet Technologiczno-Przyrodniczy im. Jana i Jędrzeja Śniadeckich w Bydgoszczy in the years 1991 to 1996. Krzysztof then pursued a Diploma of Postgraduate Studies in Polymer and rubber processing at Poznan University of Technology from 2015 to 2016.
