Lena Zinchenko

Lena Zinchenko has a wealth of experience in the marketing and business development fields. Lena began their career in 2006 as a Project Manager at Prospects Ukraine, where they managed project intake and workflow design projects. In 2008, they joined Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Business Consultant, where they created more than 100 business plans for established companies, start-ups and entrepreneurs, as well as investment and venture funds from a variety of different industries and countries. In 2014, they moved to Smart Development Group as a Business Development Manager. In 2016, they co-founded Motherstar Inc, where they launched multiple products on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms in the US. In 2017, they co-founded SMM Agency #1, a social media agency with a unique strategy focused on driving conversions and supporting the sales process of their clients. In 2022, they began working as a Growth Marketing Manager at Amicable Divorce and as a Marketing Manager at Liberation Cocktails.

Lena Zinchenko has a Master's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'\u200b, which they obtained between 2000 and 2006. Lena also holds four certifications from Coursera, which they obtained in June and July of 2022. These certifications include Google. Foundations of User Experience (UX) Design, Google.
