Yung Cheung serves as Director of Operations at Amicis Solutions. She has over 15 years of experience in all aspects of retail and hospitality systems, business operations and management. Prior to joining Amicis Solutions, Yung held leadership positions in business operations management, ERP consulting and project management. Yung has overseen multiple large-scale, retail ERP solution implementations across a variety of industries and retail verticals. She brings a valued leadership perspective to her colleagues and customers from her deep understanding of how people, processes and systems connect at all levels of an organization. She takes a hands-on approach with her customers while providing leadership and oversight to development, consulting and project teams.
