Devesh Nayel

Devesh Nayel has over 35 years of experience in Finance functional roles - building and running Shared Services organizations and driving change and transformation across 3rd party and captive units in global markets leveraging technology in the main. Honing his career in Finance with several Indian companies, Devesh later worked for Bechtel Group Inc in India, USA and UK. He has held senior leadership roles in Infosys, Capgemini, British Telecom's IT arm and most recently IBM.

He has developed a deep understanding of leading multicultural teams having lived in USA, UK and Singapore. He has travelled to over 55 countries widely across the globe - both on business and leisure. He has led large teams across multiple delivery centers and cultures gaining a solid understanding of the Offshore delivery model with a special focus on India. As a seasoned practitioner in implementing AI, Blockchain, and digital technologies in Finance process transformation, he likes to take on new technology initiatives and has a love for coding right from his early days of his Finance career.

Devesh has an MBA from SP Jain Institute of Management Research (SPJIMR) and is a qualified Cost Accountant (ACMA) and Company Secretary (ACS). He is passionate about Indian Classical music and can play a note or two on the harmonium, an Indian reed instrument.
