Nick Rees

Nick Rees is an accomplished pharmaceutical professional with extensive experience in drug safety and clinical research. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Drug Safety & Clinical Research at Amicus Therapeutics since September 2019, Nick Rees has also held senior roles such as Head of Global Drug Safety and Head of International Safety. Prior to Amicus Therapeutics, Nick Rees worked at AbbVie as Head of the QPPV Office and Medical Director, and held the position of Director of Global Pharmacovigilance & Deputy EU QPPV at Norgine. Additional experience includes serving as Group Medical Director at Takeda specializing in respiratory and established products, as well as various roles focused on pharmacovigilance at Johnson & Johnson. Nick Rees holds a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from St George's, University of London, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in the History of Medicine from UCL.
