Prior to their current role, Sylvia held various leadership positions at Healthfirst and Archcare, demonstrating their expertise in sales training, marketing, and outreach. Sylvia holds a BA in Speech Communication with a Minor in Business from Pace University and an AAS in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from City Tech, CUNY.
