Ling Ling Veronica Ng

Ling Ling Veronica Ng has worked as a Lead User Interface Designer and a UI/UX Engineer at Amida Technology Solutions since 2020. Prior to that, they were a User Experience Designer - Web and Mobile at Kelly & Associates Insurance Group from 2017 to 2020. Ling Ling Veronica also worked as a User Research Assistant at the University of Baltimore from 2016 to 2017, where they focused on information accessibility and qualitative analysis. Ling Ling was an Academic Staff at Republic Polytechnic from 2008 to 2014, working on curriculum development and facilitation for the Diploma in Design for Interactivity. Ling Ling Veronica started their career as a Creative Content Manager at CBS Interactive and later worked as a Web Designer at ZDNet Asia. Ling Ling also has experience as a Graphic Designer at Strange Fruit.

Ling Ling Veronica Ng holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Interaction Design and Information Architecture from the University of Baltimore, which was obtained from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Multimedia from Curtin University between 2002 and 2004. Ling Ling's education journey began with a Diploma in Graphic Design from Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, obtained from 1993 to 1996. Additionally, they obtained the Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC) certification from the Scrum Alliance in March 2022.
