Elisa Z.

Elisa Z. currently serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources at AMIDEAST since May 2021. Previously, Elisa held significant roles including Membership Chair for the International Development Ethics Professionals Working Group, and Senior Director of Human Capital and Talent Management at The QED Group. Notable prior positions include overseeing HR functions as a Sr. HR Business Partner at Palladium, and leading Human Resources at CARANA Corporation. Elisa has also contributed to the HR field as Vice President of Communications for HRA-NCA and as a Human Resources Manager for Americans for the Arts. Elisa holds a BS in Management and Organization, Human Resources, Art History, and Labor and Industrial Relations from Penn State University.
