Simon Schmid

Simon Schmid is currently serving as the Head of Finance at AMINA Bank since February 2022. Prior to this role, he worked as a Financial Controller at UBS from June 2015 to January 2022. Simon also has experience as an Audit Manager in the Financial Services Industry at Deloitte AG from November 2008 to May 2015. His early career included roles in portfolio services, direct marketing, and apprenticeship at various companies such as UBS Global, UBS AG, and App. Simon earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a Major in Banking & Finance from ZHAW School of Management and Law in 2008. He is also a Swiss Certified Auditor, completing his certification between 2008 to 2012.
