Jorge Orrego Bravo is a registered psychologist, master's degree in clinical psychology and doctor (c) in psychiatry from the Autonomous University of Barcelona.

Jorge Orrego is a pioneer in adult ADHD coaching and founder of Atencion.org, an online platform dedicated to ADHD Coaching and has also published books on the same subject.

He is currently doing doctoral research at the Autonomous University of Barcelona, ​​​​on the application of computerized cognitive behavioral therapy and works as a psychotherapist and coach in his private practice in Barcelona.
