Jovana Janjic

Jovana Janjic's work experience includes roles in various companies. Jovana started at Reflektive in 2019 as a Market Research Analyst, where they contributed to the analysis of employee data and provided insights to drive performance and strategic decisions. Jovana then transitioned to a Business Development Representative role, where they helped clients diagnose their performance practices and shared thought leadership and marketplace trends to improve employee engagement.

In 2020, Jovana joined Optic Power as a Business Development Representative, responsible for developing business opportunities. Jovana also founded Elemental Sales in the same year, taking on the role of Founder, before moving on in 2021. Jovana then worked at Intermino as a Business Analyst, where they helped clients with Salesforce platform maintenance and improvement.

In 2022, Jovana joined Amio as the Business Development Team Lead, leading the team in developing new business opportunities. Jovana continues to hold this role.

Jovana Janjic pursued their education at the Faculty of Economics, University of Kragujevac, from 2013 to 2018. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, specializing in General studies.
