Matthew Curtin

Matthew Curtin has a diverse and extensive work experience in the finance and management industry. Matthew is currently the Managing Director at AMIP Management, a position they have held since September 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the VP of Capital Markets & Corp Finance at the same company from February 2019 to September 2023.

Before joining AMIP Management, Matthew worked at Mariners Companies as a Portfolio Manager from November 2013 to February 2019. Matthew also served as the VP of Asset Management at Arch Bay Capital from December 2009 to September 2013.

Matthew's career began at Freddie Mac, where they held the role of Sr. Director of Finance from January 2005 to May 2008. Matthew then worked as a Director at Navigant Consulting (formerly Capital Advisory Services) from August 2002 to January 2005.

Prior to that, Matthew was the Financial Reporting Manager at XRiver Technologies from January 2000 to August 2002. Matthew started their career at Arthur Andersen LLP as a Sr. Auditor, where they worked from September 1996 to December 1999.

Matthew Curtin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Virginia Tech in 1996. Later, in 2009, they obtained a Master's degree in Real Estate from the University of Southern California.
