Laura Glaab has over 10 years of work experience in the education sector. Laura began their career in 2010 as a Teacher at the American International School of Chennia. In 2011, they moved to KIPP Houston as a Teacher. In 2012, they held two positions, Professional Development for Child Advocacy at DePelchin Children's Center and Teacher at Houston ISD. In 2013, they were a Research Partner at Stanford PACE and a School Leadership Culture Research Partner at San Francisco Unified School District. In 2014, they returned to Houston ISD as an AP/ Magnet Coordinator/ IB Coordinator. In 2016, they joined Denver Public Schools as an Interim Principal/ Assistant Principal. From 2018 to 2021, they were the AP -Director of Academics at Summit Charter Middle School. Laura currently holds the role of VP of Customer Engagement & Strategic Initiatives at Amira Learning.
Laura Glaab has an extensive education history. Laura is currently pursuing a Master's of Business Administration from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Laura also holds a Master's degree in Education Policy Organization and Leadership from Stanford University, which they obtained in 2014. In addition, they hold a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Wyoming, which they obtained in 2007. Glaab also holds three additional certifications: Kellogg Executive Education- Social Impact from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management (obtained in 2021), CO- Teacher and School Administrator from CDE (obtained in 2021), and TX-Teacher Certification 2018 and TX-Principal Certification 2018 from TX (obtained in 2021).
