Neelam Chakradhar

Neelam Chakradhar has worked in talent acquisition and recruitment for the past nine years. In 2022, they began their current role as Senior Talent Acquisition Lead at AMISEQ. Prior to this, they were Lead Recruiter and Technical Recruiter at Intelliswift Software, Inc. from 2017 to 2021. During this time, they were experienced in full lifecycle recruitment and sourcing resumes for US-based fortune clients, with a focus on ecommerce and creative requisitions. From 2015 to 2017, Neelam was a Technical Recruiter at Horizontal Integration, a five-time "Best Places to Work" winner. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Talent Management Consultant at Avancos Management Services Pvt Ltd., providing Total Recruitment Solutions that were scalable, flexible, and cost-beneficial.

Neelam Chakradhar completed their M.COM from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda in 2013, and their H.S.C (CBSE Board) from Kendriya Vidyalaya in 2007. In 2021, they obtained a Certified Diversity Sourcing Professional from Sourcing Training and Certifications and in 2020, they obtained a Mastering LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment from LinkedIn.
