Aaron has experience as an Insurance Broker/Health Benefits Coordinator at North American Senior Benefits and as a Senior Corporate Recruiter at CarMax, where they handled all aspects of full-cycle recruiting. Aaron also worked as a Recruiter at Personify, specializing in talent acquisition strategies.
