Joy Romero

Joy Romero has extensive experience in administrative and operational roles across various organizations. Currently serving as an Assist-Office Operation at AMITA Health since April 2016, Joy previously worked as a Swim Instructor at Pro Swim Academy from January 2015 to August 2016. Earlier experience includes a significant tenure at Smith & Nephew from March 1999 to May 2012, where Joy held multiple roles including Compliance Liaison, Administrative Assistant, and responsibilities related to inventory and purchasing, as well as repair and sales support. Joy holds a Master’s degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Phoenix (2003-2005) and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Inter American University of Puerto Rico (1992-1997).
