Yafit Schwartz

Yafit Schwartz has held various roles in the finance sector since 2001. Yafit began their career as a Controller at VCON in 2001. In 2006, they moved to Aladdin as a Corporate Controller. From 2008 to 2014, Yafit Schwartz worked at Ceragon Networks, first as ERP Finance Business Leader and Director, and then as Corporate Controller. In 2014, they joined Perion as VP Finance, where they led and managed the corporate accounting team in a dynamic environment. Yafit also had experience in M&A processes, supervising financial due diligence, reviewing sale's purchase agreements, and leading the financial post-merger integration of 4 acquisitions. In 2018, Yafit Schwartz joined Amiti Ventures as CFO.

Yafit Schwartz completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Tel Aviv University.
