Sheila Kalunde

Sheila Kalunde has over 8 years of work experience in various roles. In 2012, they were an intern Community Development Officer at the Nairobi City Council. The following year, they were a Social Worker Officer Intern at Kenyatta National Hospital. In 2014, they began their career in the private sector as a Sales and Marketing Representative at Easy (Easy Taxi). From 2015 to 2018, they worked at Sendy Ltd in various roles, including Junior Operation Associate, Driver's Engagement Associate, and Partner Recruitment Officer. In 2019, they joined SafeBoda as a Senior Associate - Driver's Quality and Customer Success Associate. In 2020, they were an Operations Consultant at MARAMOJA transport, where they set up the Bodaboda (Express) Operation Department and was responsible for team structure, team hiring, recruitment, training, and onboarding riders, quality support, merchandise inventory, riders success, riders retention, and identifying problems and providing solutions. Currently, they are a Senior Operations Associate at Amitruck.
