Nitin Arora

Nitin Arora, also known as Ozin, is an experienced academic leader with significant expertise in management and organizational behavior. Currently serving as the Head of the Amity Centre of Happiness and a Professor at Amity University in Noida since December 2015, Nitin has held various roles in higher education, including Associate Professor at the Asia Pacific Institute of Management and Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Management at Talal Abu-Ghazaleh University College of Business in Bahrain. Nitin's academic journey also includes positions at Talal Abu-Ghazaleh International University, the New York Institute of Technology in Amman, and other institutions. Nitin's educational background includes a PhD in Business Administration and Statistics from Universidad Azteca, an MBA, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering.
