Courtney Porter

Courtney Porter is an experienced professional in proposal management and capture strategy, currently serving as a Senior Capture Manager and Senior Proposal Manager at MetroStar since October 2021. Prior to this role, Courtney accumulated extensive experience at IDS International from October 2011 to October 2021, advancing from Proposal Coordinator to Director of Proposals. Earlier in the career journey, Courtney worked at Strategic Analysis Incorporated as a Subcontracts Specialist and Recruiting Associate from February 2009 to October 2011. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from George Mason University, obtained between 2010 and 2014, and an Associate of Applied Science in Liberal Arts from Northern Virginia Community College, completed from 2008 to 2010.
