Katie Baucco

Katie Baucco is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and financial management. Since August 2009, Katie has served as the Director of Operations at Amizade, where responsibilities include developing financial systems and supporting strategic plan implementation. Previously, Katie held the positions of Office Manager, where human resource systems were developed, and Development Intern at AgChoice Farm Credit. Additional experience includes a Finance Intern role at the University of Pittsburgh and a Fellowship at the MBA Career Services Office at UPS, where Katie focused on improving operational efficiency through industrial engineering techniques. Katie holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master's in International Development from the University of Pittsburgh, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University.
