Khalid Hilal Al Yahmadi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Board Member at HMH - Hospitality Management Holding since January 2023, Khalid has held the position of Chairman of the Board at Amjaad Holding since June 2020 and at Amjaad Investments USA since June 2013. Khalid founded and served as CEO of Muscat National Development and Investment Company - ASAAS from November 2014 until May 2020. Previous roles include Vice Chairman of the Board at Yiti Tourism Development Company and Chairman of the Board at Salam Air. Khalid has also contributed as Executive Chairman at Amjaad Group for a decade and as a Board Member for several organizations, including Migros Ticaret A.Ş. and OMRAN. Khalid's educational background includes an Executive Education in Corporate Finance and an Executive Master in Private Equity from London Business School, along with a Bachelor of Engineering in Architectural Engineering from King Faisal University.
