Dina Pons

Dina Pons is a seasoned professional in the field of impact investing and microfinance, currently serving as Managing Partner at Incofin Investment Management since January 2011, managing a diverse portfolio of investments across East Asia from the Phnom Penh office. Pons has held various roles within the organization, including Partner, Regional Director East Asia, and Social Performance Manager. In addition to contributions at Incofin, Pons serves on the board of Rent2Own Myanmar Ltd and AMK Microfinance Institution Plc, where leadership roles include Chairperson of the Risk Committee and Chairperson of the Social Performance Committee. Previous experiences encompass analytical and consulting roles at Planet Rating, Microcred Nanchong, and Planet Finance, focusing on microfinance institutions in the East Asian region. Pons holds multiple degrees in development studies, international economics, and international relations from esteemed institutions, including the University of Oxford and The London School of Economics and Political Science.
