Zhigang Ding

Zhigang Ding is a seasoned professional in the semiconductor industry with extensive experience in assembly process engineering. Currently serving as a Department Manager at Amkor Technology since December 2001, Zhigang has managed various processes and job scopes, including SMT, EOL, and NPI from 2001 to 2007. Prior to Amkor Technology, Zhigang held the position of SMT engineer at Flextronics from September 1997 to December 2001 and worked as a maintenance technician at STATS ChipPAC from July 1996 to September 1997. Zhigang furthered education at Antai College of Economics & Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, completing Executive Education in 2018.
