Melissa Strait

Melissa Strait is the current Advisor at AML RightSource. Melissa has over ten years of experience in compliance and financial crimes prevention within the financial technology industry. Prior to joining AML RightSource, Melissa was the Global Head of Financial Crimes at Stripe, Inc., where they built and managed a team of financial crime prevention experts. Melissa has also held positions as the Compliance Manager at Square, Inc. and the Director at Kroll Advisory Solutions. In addition to their work in the private sector, Melissa has also interned at the U.S. Department of State in the Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor.

Melissa Strait is a BA holder in International Studies / Spanish from American University.
