Tracy Mortenson

Ms. Mortenson serves as President of AML RightSource. With over twenty-five years of experience working with global information and technology companies, Tracy has been a catalyst for organizational growth and value creation, and she is well known for her laser focus on the customer. Under her leadership, her teams have been recognized for their inclusive and innovative operational structures and result in orientation. She has been instrumental in creating teams with growth mindsets that put the customer’s voice at the forefront of all business processes and product development.

Tracy joins AML RightSource to help drive the innovation necessary to fuel the continuing exponential growth of the company; and to ensure the winning culture, which has made it an industry leader, continues to permeate the newly expanded organization.

Tracy holds a J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
