Angus Salkeld

Angus Salkeld is a highly experienced software engineer currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at AML3D (ASX:AL3) since May 2023. Previously, Angus co-founded Computelify, Inc. and contributed as a Senior Software Engineer at nitric, where development focused on an open-source backend application framework utilizing Pulumi for deployment. Other notable roles include Principal Software Engineer at Red Hat, where contributions were made to the OpenShift organization, and a Senior Software Engineer position at TechnologyOne. Angus's early experience includes significant involvement in open-source communities such as OpenStack and Kubernetes, alongside various roles at Rackspace, Allied Telesis, and Flextronics, encompassing Linux embedded development and project-based software development. Angus holds an MSC-ENG in Electrical Engineering and a BSC-ENG in Electro-Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cape Town.
