Bilal Bashir

Bilal Bashir, ACA, CIA, APFA, currently serves as the Head of Finance & Planning at Amlak International for Real Estate Finance Company, overseeing financial reporting, planning, budgeting, accounting, and taxation to ensure accurate results and strong internal controls. With extensive experience at KPMG Saudi Arabia as Associate Director and previously as Manager in Accounting Advisory, Bilal provided technical IFRS consultancy and led training sessions on new accounting standards. Additional roles included positions at Meezan Bank Ltd and PwC, focusing on internal audit, risk consulting, and external audit engagements. Bilal holds an Associate Chartered Accountant qualification, a Master's in Economics from Karachi University, and a Higher School Certificate in Engineering.
