Cesar Coto

Cesar Coto is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technical services and management within the poultry industry. Currently serving as the Director of Technical Services for LATAM at Amlan International since October 2023, Cesar previously held positions including Technical Service for Central America and the Caribbean at Cobb-Vantress from April 2011 to October 2023, and Technical Manager in the same region at DSM from April 2010 to April 2011. Additionally, Cesar was a Program Associate at the University of Arkansas from March 2009 to March 2010 and worked as a Quality Assurance and Safety Manager for Central America at DSM from June 2004 to December 2005. Academically, Cesar holds a Ph.D. in Poultry Nutrition, an M.Sc. in Agricultural Business and Management, and another M.Sc. in Poultry Nutrition, all from the University of Arkansas, along with a degree from Universidad de Costa Rica UCR.
