Jake Reid

Jake Reid has extensive experience in the building services sector, currently serving as Vice President of Building Services at AMLI Residential since January 2018, following a role as National Director of Building Services. Prior to this, Jake worked as an Independent Consultant from October 2016 to December 2017 and held the position of Vice President of Installations at Moncrief Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. from April 1994 to September 2016. Jake is skilled in geothermal heat pump, forced air, and hydronic system design and installation, and holds multiple licenses including LEED certification, HERS training, and various master licenses in plumbing, electricity, and conditioned air for both Georgia and North Carolina. Jake earned a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from Vanderbilt University, complementing an earlier education at The Westminster Schools.
