Arruya Ashadiqa possesses extensive experience in the mining sector, currently serving as the Chief Engineer for Long Term Planning and Projects at PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara since April 2019, following a progression from Senior Engineer and Long Term Engineer roles within the same company. Prior experience includes positions as Junior Mine Engineer and GDP Mine Engineer at PT. J Resources Nusantara from April 2017 to April 2019, as well as an internship in the Bauxite Mining Business Unit at PT ANTAM Tbk in 2015. Arruya holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung, completed in 2016.
