Andrea Campanino

Director Business Transformation & M&a at AMMEGA

Andrea Campanino has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. They started their career as a Lean Production intern at CAVALZANI INOX S.R.L. in 2009. Following that, they worked as a Logistic Analyst intern at FRATELLI POLLI SPA in 2012. In 2013, they joined Eli Lilly and Company as a Strategic Sourcing professional.

In 2014, Andrea joined GE, where they held multiple roles including Financial Analyst and Project Controller, as well as Regional Project Coordinator and PMO. In 2016, Andrea transitioned to Roche, where they served as a Sourcing Operations Manager until 2017.

In 2017-2018, Andrea pursued a Full Time MBA at SDA Bocconi. After completing the program, they joined Bain & Company as an MBA Associate, working extensively on strategy projects for major Italian companies. They later became a Strategy Consultant at the same company, focusing on business plans, spend optimization, and commercial excellence strategies for Italian FMCG and pharma companies.

Most recently, Andrea has been working at AMMEGA. They started as a Business Transformation Manager in 2020 and currently hold the position of Head of Business Transformation.

Andrea Campanino completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at SDA Bocconi from 2017 to 2018, specializing in Business. Prior to that, in 2013, Andrea obtained a state examination qualification as an engineer from Università degli Studi di Firenze in the field of Industrial Engineering. In 2012, Andrea completed a master's degree in Management Engineering from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna. Before that, in 2010, Andrea earned a Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering from Università degli Studi di Firenze.

Andrea also has additional certifications. In 2018, Andrea obtained the Green Belt Six Sigma certification from Optness Institute. In 2017, Andrea obtained an IELTS certification from the British Council. Additionally, Andrea received a GMAT certification from the Graduate Management Admission Council™ (GMAC™) in the same year.
