Burak Bayar

Burak Bayar is an experienced operations and management professional with a strong track record in leading manufacturing and operational excellence. Currently serving as the Managing Director at AMMEGA, Burak has successfully driven growth and efficiency across three manufacturing locations in the Netherlands. Prior roles include Plant Director at AMMEGA in İzmir, where Burak led a team of 70 to meet operational targets, and Production Manager at Gates Corporation, where Burak oversaw production activities. With extensive experience in various managerial positions, including roles at Philip Morris International, Cummins Inc., and İnci GS Yuasa, Burak has consistently implemented strategic initiatives to improve performance metrics and profitability. Burak holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Dokuz Eylul University and an MBA from Gediz University.
