Lukasz Stasiak

Lukasz Stasiak, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Global HRIS at AMMEGA, where responsibilities include overseeing the configuration and customization of Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud modules across over 40 countries, and leading a team of HR technology professionals. Previously, as HRIS Global Product Owner, Lukasz successfully led the global rollout of six Oracle HCM Cloud modules within an 18-month period. Prior experience includes roles at Groupe PSA as Corporate HR Data Manager and Manager of HR Operations, where management of HR systems and performance management systems were key responsibilities. Lukasz also held leadership roles at General Motors and gained foundational experience in accounts payable at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles. Academic qualifications include a Licentiate degree in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Silesia and post-graduate studies in Accounting and Taxes.
