Michał Melan is the Head of Quality for the Modular division at AMMEGA, where they lead problem-solving initiatives and execute projects aimed at reducing costs of poor quality. Prior to this role, Michał worked as a Kierownik laboratorium at Magna International and held various quality engineering positions at notable companies including Valeo, Rockwell Automation, and Automotive Lighting, contributing significantly to several high-profile projects. Michał earned a Master's degree in Organic Chemistry from Uniwersytet Jagielloński w Krakowie in 2006.
