Sonja Hoeijmakers

Sonja Hoeijmakers is the Chief Human Resources Officer for AMMEGA Group, a position held since November 2020 and also serves as a member of the Group Executive Committee. Prior to this role, Sonja Hoeijmakers held various senior leadership positions at Outokumpu, including Senior Vice President for HR & Organization Development in Europe and APAC, Global HR Business Partner for Sales & SCM, and HR EMEA. Additional experience includes roles as Senior HR Manager for multiple regions and financial management at Rabobank Horst Venray and Van der Staay Food Group. Sonja Hoeijmakers has completed the Senior Executive Programme at London Business School and is a certified Business Coach.
