Christa Folkers

Christa Folkers has over 20 years of experience in leadership and coaching roles. Christa most recently worked as the Divisional Vice President of Recruitment at AMN Healthcare. Prior to that, they were a Leadership Development Coach at Sequoia Consulting Group, LLC, where they worked with professionals in the life sciences/biotech industry to enhance their leadership skills. Christa also founded their own coaching and consulting company, where they specialized in helping leaders tap into their authentic selves and achieve leadership presence. Christa co-founded the Strengths Consulting Group LLC, focusing on building stronger individuals, teams, and organizations. Additionally, Christa served as the Senior Vice President and Managing Partner at Locums Unlimited, where they were responsible for hiring, training, and growing a sales team. Christa has also worked as a Coach in Training/Graduate at Accomplishment Coaching and as a Client Consultant at CompHealth, consulting with OB/GYN practices on physician recruitment. Throughout their career, Christa has demonstrated a results-oriented approach, consistently achieving sales goals and receiving recognition for their performance.

Christa Folkers attended Riverside Polytechnic High School from 1984 to 1986 and obtained their high school diploma. Christa then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from SDSU College of Sciences, completing it from 1986 to 1990.
