Heidi Lyons

Heidi Lyons has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in healthcare and consulting. Heidi started their career in 1999 as a Health Fitness Specialist at Johnson & Johnson, where they conducted wellness consultations, developed training programs, and facilitated educational seminars. In 2002, they transitioned to Allied Consulting- The MHA group as a Marketing Consultant, responsible for sales, marketing, negotiations, and market research in South Carolina and Tennessee. In 2003, they joined Med Travelers as a Regional Vice President, managing a team and overseeing budget planning, strategic planning, and improvement initiatives. In 2009, they moved to Staff Care, an AMN Healthcare Company, as a Regional Vice President, focusing on team development, talent acquisition, and talent assessment. Currently, they hold the position of Divisional Vice President Strategic Accounts Delivery at AMN Healthcare, which they started in 2017.
