Jim Hein

Jim Hein has a diverse work experience in the staffing and recruitment industry. Jim started their career at Adecco as a Branch Manager and later became a Regional Director in New Jersey. Jim then took on the role of Vice President National Sales, where they targeted and secured National Accounts, generating over $5 million in annual revenues. After that, they worked as a Regional Vice President in New Jersey, where they drove profitability and growth of multiple branches and on-site operations. Jim then moved on to Pontoon Solutions, where they served as the Senior Vice President of MSP Sales. In this role, they provided leadership for business development and oversaw the sales process for MSP clients. Jim also worked at Adecco again as the Vice President of National Account Sales, where they collaborated with clients and developed client-specific business solutions. Most recently, Jim worked at Yoh, A Day & Zimmermann Company, as the Vice President of MSP & RPO Enterprise Solutions. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, Strategic Talent Solutions - RPO at AMN Healthcare, where they combine advanced recruitment processes and predictive analytics to deliver customized solutions to meet staffing requirements.

Jim Hein holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Monmouth University.
