Kathleen Lennon has over 35 years of work experience, with a focus on executive search, consulting, and operations. Kathleen worked as a Vice President - Executive Search at AMN Healthcare from November 2013 to the present. Prior to that, they were a Consultant at Spencer Stuart from February 2007 to September 2013. Kathleen also served as an Operations Vice President at AT&T from May 1981 to December 2006.

Kathleen Lennon earned an MBA degree in Finance and Marketing from DePaul University between 1982 and 1984.
