Currently serving as President of VMS Technology Solutions at AMN Healthcare since May 2022, Mouhamad oversees the development of industry-leading Talent VMS products and drives strategic initiatives in product innovation and P&L management. Prior to this role, Mouhamad held significant leadership positions including SVP of Global Operations and Technology at SimplifyVMS, Director of Global Strategic Accounts at IQNavigator + Beeline, and Vice President of MSP/VMS Client Delivery at Randstad Sourceright. With a strong background in managing large-scale global clients and implementing talent programs, Mouhamad has consistently focused on customer success and operational excellence throughout a diverse career spanning multiple organizations and regions. Mouhamad holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from St. Edward's University and a BS in Economics and Business Administration from Damascus University.
