Tyler Punteney, MHA, has extensive experience in healthcare workforce management and executive education. Currently serving as Manager of Strategic Workforce Solutions at AMN Healthcare since November 2018, Tyler leads a consulting team focused on innovative workforce management solutions and fosters collaboration with Workforce Strategy Consultants to enhance project execution and client satisfaction. Previous roles include Senior Consultant and Team Lead at AMN Healthcare, where Tyler managed C-Suite relationships and served as a Subject Matter Expert in Healthcare Enterprise Labor Management. Prior experience includes Operations Manager for Executive Education at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where Tyler developed marketing strategies for educational programs, and Business Development Manager at National Research Corporation, leading business development initiatives in patient experience and employee engagement. Tyler holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from Bellevue University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
