Joshua Sanders

Joshua Sanders has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical and legal fields. Joshua currently works as the Vice President, Global Intellectual Property at Amneal Pharmaceuticals since July 2021. Before that, they served as the IP Counsel at Biogen from September 2020 to July 2021. Prior to that, they held various roles at GSK, including Assistant General Counsel (Patents), Team Leader from January 2016 to September 2020, Senior Patent Counsel from December 2012 to January 2016, and Patent Counsel from March 2010 to December 2012. Joshua also worked as an Attorney at Woodcock Washburn LLP from September 2006 to March 2010. Furthermore, they gained experience as a Research Chemist at Merck & Co., Inc. from May 2002 to September 2003. Joshua started their career as a Graduate Student at the University of Virginia from 1999 to 2002.

Joshua Sanders attended St. Augustine Prep from 1991 to 1995. Joshua then went on to Merrimack College, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from 1995 to 1999. Next, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Virginia, which they obtained between 1999 and 2002. Finally, Joshua attended Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
