Human Rights Education Manager at Amnesty International UK

Alice Sims has over a decade of experience in human rights education and youth engagement, currently serving as the Human Rights Education Manager at Amnesty International UK since January 2014. Alice has held multiple roles within the organization, including acting as Education Officer and participating in various capacities in the Human Rights Education Unit. Additionally, Alice contributed to the community as a Board Chair and Trustee at Volunteer Centre Tower Hamlets from August 2017 to June 2023. Previous roles include serving as a Peer Educator for Restless Development, working as a Communications Officer for Richard House Children's Hospice, and various volunteer positions. Alice holds an MSc in International Childhood Studies from Birkbeck, University of London, and a BA in Makeup and Prosthetics for the Performing Arts from London College of Fashion, complemented by a BTEC National Diploma in Fine Art.
