Martin Karadzhov

Martin Karadzhov is an accomplished advocate for LGBTQ+ rights and youth empowerment, currently serving as Global Youth Networks Coordinator at Amnesty International and Founder and Co-Chair of the Global Queer Youth Network. With extensive involvement in organizations like ILGA World, where Martin holds the position of Executive Board Member and Chair of the Youth Steering Committee, and UNICEF, where Martin contributed as a consultant, a robust commitment to sexual and reproductive rights is evident. Previous roles include being a Young Leader for the Sustainable Development Goals at the United Nations and leading LGBTIQ+ youth services at METRO Charity. Martin's educational background includes a BA(Hons.) in Drama, Applied Theatre, and Education from The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.
