Rachel Cooper has a diverse work experience in the field of Learning and Development and HR. Rachel started their career in 2010 as an Administrator at NHS. In 2011, they worked as an HR Administrator at Buzzacott. Rachel then joined The Children's Society in 2012 as an HR Officer, and later became a Learning & Development Adviser. Rachel joined Amnesty International in 2016 as a Learning & Development Advisor, and then progressed to the role of Learning and Development Manager. Currently, Rachel holds the position of Head of Learning and Development at Amnesty International, starting in October 2023.
Rachel Cooper obtained an Advanced Certificate in Human Resources Development (Level 7) from MOL Learn during the period of 2014-2016. Prior to that, they earned a BA (Hons) degree in English from the University of Leicester between 2005-2008.
