Janusz Bossak

Janusz Bossak has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Janusz started their career at interLAN sp. z o.o., where they served as the President of the Board of Directors and worked as a Business Analyst for over 14 years. From 2006 to 2009, they worked at Dominet Bank as a Compliance Officer and later as a Business Analyst and Deputy Director of the Organisation Department. Janusz then moved on to Sfinks Polska SA, where they held the positions of Deputy President of the Board of Directors and Director of the Office of the Board. In these roles, they were responsible for implementing changes in the investment process and managing the SharePoint Workflow Project. Additionally, they worked at BITE Consulting Group Ltd. as a Freelance Business Analyst and at Softex Data as the Director of the Document Systems Department. In 2012, they established their own company called Doradztwo Gospodarcze Janusz Bossak, where they focused on Business Process Management and Document Management Systems. From 2014 onwards, they joined both Astrafox and AMODIT as an R&D Director. Throughout their career, they gained experience in business analysis, project management, and implementing workflow systems.

Janusz Bossak obtained their MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Poznan University of Technology during the years 1982 to 1987. Following this, they pursued an MBA in Management and Economics from Wielkopolska Szkola Biznesu przy Akademii Ekonomicznej w Poznaniu from 2000 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, Janusz Bossak holds certifications such as PRINCE2 Foundation, obtained in October 2011 from APMG, and a Novell Certified Netware Engineer certification, for which the institution and dates are unknown.
