Christian W. Berg

Christian W. Berg has over 25 years of experience in the maritime industry. Christian W. began their career in 1996 as a Chief Officer at Schlumberger. In 1999, they took on the role of Managing Director at Nav Tech AS. In 2003, they became a Consultant at Horizon Mobile Communications. From 2006 to 2008, they were the General Manager at Promarine AS/LTD. From 2008 to 2011, they were the Chief Commercial Officer at Siem Offshore AS. Christian W. then became the CEO of Viking Supply Ships AS in 2011. From 2017 to 2021, they were the CEO of both Bech Offshore and GC Rieber Shipping ASA. Currently, they are the Director of Market Development at Yara International and will become the Managing Director of Amogy in 2022.

Christian W. Berg attended Copenhagen Business School from 2013 to 2015, where they earned an Executive MBA in Shipping and Logistics. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies from the University of South-Eastern Norway between 1992 and 1994. In 1989 and 1990, they attended BSMA.
