Yuming Yan

Yuming Yan has a diverse work experience in the accounting field, starting in 2018. They worked as an Intern Auditor at Huojuhuo Tax Agent Co., Ltd. from June 2018 to August 2018. Following this, they interned as an Accountant at Emerson from November 2018 to January 2019. In 2019, Yuming Yan worked as an Intern Accountant at Newtrans Group from February 2019 to April 2019. They then had a brief role as a Bookkeeper at FYDELITY from March 2021 to April 2021. Yuming Yan also interned as an Accountant at iFresh (NASDAQ: IFMK) from May 2021 to August 2021. They gained further experience as a Tax Intern at Seil, LLP from September 2021 to November 2021. In 2022, Yuming Yan worked as an Audit Intern at Prager Metis CPAs from January 2022 to April 2022. They then transitioned to becoming an Audit Associate at Friedman LLP from June 2022 to July 2022. Currently, Yuming Yan holds the position of Junior Accountant at Amogy, starting in July 2022. Additionally, they are a lifetime member of Beta Gamma Sigma, an international honor society for business students accredited by AACSB International.

Yuming Yan completed a Master's degree in Acct Data Anal & Technlgies from Pace University's Lubin School of Business. This educational attainment occurred between the years 2020-2022. Prior to this, Yuming had pursued coursework towards a Master of Accountancy Program in Accounting at Middle Tennessee State University from 2019-2020. Yuming's undergraduate studies were conducted at Tianjin Normal University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from 2015-2019.
