Ryan Palmer

Ryan Palmer has a diverse work experience in the field of medical education. Ryan is currently serving as the Head of Clinical Education Partnerships at AMOpportunities since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Principal at Kennedy & Company Education Strategies from August 2020 to March 2022. Before that, Ryan was the Associate Dean of Medical Education at Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED) from April 2018 to August 2020. Ryan also held the position of Assistant Dean, Educational Evaluation and Development at the American University of the Caribbean from August 2017 to April 2018. Ryan has experience in directing education at OHSU, where they served as the Director of Education at the OHSU Family Medicine Residence from June 2015 to present. Ryan also held multiple roles at OHSU, including Director of Curriculum Evaluation and Development, Family Medicine, and Principles of Clinical Medicine Administrative Director from 2006.

Ryan Palmer earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in an unspecified field of study from California State University, Chico between 1995 and 2000. Subsequently, from 2000 to 2003, they pursued a Master of Fine Arts degree at DePaul University. Finally, between 2010 and 2013, Ryan completed their education by attaining an EdD degree in Higher Education Leadership from Portland State University.
